Due to consequences of pandemic:
- in case of local pickup of lots, the auction house will not apply a fee for the long-term storage of paid lots, including in case if temporary restrictions for delivery will be introduced (at the moment there are no restrictions)
- visiting the exhibition hall is available only upon agreement and in compliance with the necessary precautions

* 10 minutes multiple prolongation (change of leader)
* UNSOLD lots bidding will be prolonged on 24 hours.
Lot winner who set the bid at the time of the 24 hours auction PROLONGATION and who win the lot at a STARTING price, will be excused from commision fee payment ( 0 % fee ).
If the lot price is higher than the start price (more than 1 bid), Auction house commission fee will be standard 15%.
