Exactly Riga publication of this book has its special story and rarely seen among collectors. In the spring of 1922 Vladimir Mayakovsky traveled to Latvia. It was his first trip abroad. During the trip in Riga printing house “Arbetergeim” he published his poem “I love”. The book was issued in 3000 copies, but after 3 days all books were confiscated by police. Later the decision on confiscation has been reversed and a book was published in the second edition. However, the first edition still has not been found and is not known for researchers.
